Opinion Poll in Israel: Who Will Be the Next Prime Minister?
According to a survey conducted by a public opinion research company on 103 FM radio in the terror state of Israel, which continues its genocide in Gaza with attacks on Iran and Lebanon, “Who should be the next Prime Minister?”the participants answered the question 34 percent said they support current Prime Minister and Likud Party leader Benjamin Netanyahu.
Increase in Right-Wing Parties’ Votes
According to the responses of the participants in the survey, former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, who represents the right-wing politics, attracted attention by receiving 21 percent of the votes. National Unity Party Chairman and former Defense Minister Benny Gantz followed with 14 percent support, while Avigdor Lieberman, leader of the Israel Home Party, received 7 percent support. Yair Lapid, leader of the center-left Future Party, left the poll with only 6 percent of the votes.
Occupiers Want Attacks to Continue
In the survey, participants were asked, “Do you support a pre-emptive strike on Tel Aviv?” in response to events such as the killing of Hezbollah’s second-in-command Fuad Shukur in Israel’s July 30 airstrike on Beirut and the assassination of Hamas’s political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, the capital of Iran. 48 percent of participants said they supported Israel launching a pre-emptive strike against Iran and Hezbollah rather than waiting. Another 34 percent argued that a response should be given to any future attacks.
In addition, 62 percent of survey participants who voted for the current rulings supported the coalition, demonstrating how the political climate and security concerns in Israel are influencing public opinion.
