Voter Intimidation

Across the country, citizens, local reporters, and journalists observed instances of voter intimidation. In Caracas, about 15 men in unmarked black jackets temporarily blocked access to a voting center. One volunteer vote monitor was punched. The crowd eventually demanded the right to vote, and the line started moving after a delay.
