Statement by the Palestinian Red Crescent
The Palestinian Red Crescent announced that two children, aged 13 and 14, were wounded by live bullets in a raid carried out by the Israeli army in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus. The statement said that the children were taken to hospital, while a 65-year-old man was also beaten by Israelis and taken to hospital during the same raid.
According to the Palestinian news agency WAFA, a young man was injured when tear gas and sound bombs fired by the Israeli army hit his body during a clash with young people who resisted the Israeli army during the raid on the town of Khdir in Beit Lahim.
Since October 7, 2023, 592 Palestinians have been martyred in the ongoing conflicts in the West Bank and Jerusalem and in attacks by Israeli soldiers and settlers.
