The group gathered in front of the consulate building in Levent and gathered on the sidewalk after performing the evening prayer. They chanted slogans to show their support for Palestine.
The people in the group reacted to the attacks on Gaza by chanting slogans against Israel and the US. They expressed their feelings with banners that read “Open the Rafah, live Gaza”, “Free Palestine”, “Boycott until the apocalypse” and “Long live hell for the oppressors”.
The group’s statement emphasized that the people who survived in Gaza have been struggling with hunger, thirst and diseases for 293 days. It was stated that civilians were condemned to hunger and thirst because Israel did not allow aid trucks to pass through the Rafah border gate it was captured.
The statement included the following statements: “US collaborationist senators, who argue that human rights only apply to those who are white and Western, rewarded the genocide criminal Netanyahu with a standing ovation yesterday. When will these two terror states, which drown the world in “blood and tears, stop their indiscriminate killing of thousands of children, women, elderly and civilians?”
After the protest, the group sat in protest for a while and then dispersed.
