After having Kenan Yıldız on its roster, Juventus has made a move to add another star to Turkish football. The Italian giant has started negotiations to transfer Freiburg’s young talent, 19-year-old left-back Berkay Yılmaz.
According to information provided by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Freiburg is not keen on selling Berkay Yılmaz. They plan to renew the contract of the young talent, whose contract will expire in the summer of 2025, by making a higher offer.
Berkay Yılmaz has represented the Turkish National Team since U17. The young player, who played in 12 matches for the U19 National Team, has not yet had a chance with the Freiburg A Team, but he attracted attention by scoring 1 goal and making 4 assists in 13 matches with the B team in the 3rd Bundesliga .
The current market value of young left-back Berkay Yılmaz has been determined as 500 thousand euros.
