Doctors at Avde Hospital in Nusayrat Refugee Camp successfully saved the baby of a nine-month pregnant woman who was brought to the hospital dead in the early hours of the night, with an operation, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
Brought to the emergency room of Avde Hospital, the baby of a Palestinian mother was delivered by Caesarean section. It was reported that the baby was placed in an incubator in the neonatal ward of the Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
It was noted that the operation was carried out by female obstetricians. Avde Hospital has been providing health services as the only hospital providing gynecology and obstetrics services in the central part of the city since the beginning of the ongoing massacre in the Gaza Strip.
