According to the official Libyan agency LANA, Chad’s President Deby and Prime Minister Dibeybe met in the capital Tripoli to attend the Trans-Mediterranean Migration Forum to be held in the country. The meeting discussed issues of common interest between the two countries.
The meeting focused on the migration problem in the Mediterranean and the difficulties brought about by irregular migration. In search of sustainable solutions, strategies were determined before tomorrow’s Trans-Mediterranean Migration Forum, which will be attended by many leaders and ministers from African and European countries.
