While negotiations with Hamas for a ceasefire and prisoner swap continue in Qatar and Egypt, the occupying Israel’s attacks on Gaza continue unabated. It is reported that at least 20 Palestinians have lost their lives and more than 50 have been injured in the latest bombardments. According to the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza, 141 Palestinians have lost their lives and more than 400 have been injured in four mass killings in the last 48 hours. It has been reported that the number of Palestinians killed in Gaza since October 7, 2023 has reached 38,584, while the number of injured has reached 90,000.

While the ceasefire talks continue, the Israeli army has targeted civilian settlements, infrastructure facilities and hospitals under the pretext of “military repression”, making Gaza uninhabitable. However, the teams do not have enough resources and have difficulty reaching everywhere.

The Shuja’iyah neighborhood in northern Gaza was almost completely destroyed in the Israeli army’s attacks launched in July. Residents of the neighborhood reported that they had not had access to clean water for days after water networks and wells were hit. Residents said that the Israeli army bombed the neighborhood without warning and carried out the destruction indiscriminately.

Emergency Call from Nasser Hospital

Hundreds of wounded people were brought to Nasser Hospital after the Israeli army targeted civilian settlements in the al-Mawassi area in southern Gaza. However, the hospital is overcrowded and cannot accept more patients. Hospital officials have requested medical supplies from international health organizations and called for help to fill the gaps. Noting that many ambulances were damaged by Israeli attacks, officials said that only three ambulances remained and that they were trying to provide emergency healthcare to 1.2 million people with these ambulances.
