The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) announced its weekly foreign exchange and gold reserves according to its latest data. As of July 5, the Central Bank’s gross foreign exchange reserves increased by $4 billion 898 million compared to the previous week, reaching $89 billion 731 million.
Gross foreign exchange reserves, which stood at 84 billion 833 million dollars on June 28, showed a significant increase in this period.
When we looked at gold reserves, there was an increase of 640 million dollars in the same period, from 58 billion 77 million dollars to 58 billion 717 million dollars.
According to these data, the total reserves of the Central Bank increased by $5 billion 538 million in the week of July 5 compared to the previous week, from $142 billion 910 million to $148 billion 448 million.
