Bayraktar stated in his post on the X social media account that he had held talks in Astana on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit. Minister Bayraktar made the following statements in two separate posts:
- Meeting with the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan:
“We held a meeting with Kazakhstan Energy Minister Mr. Almassadam Satkaliyev in Astana on the margins of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit. During the meeting, we evaluated the cooperation opportunities we could develop in the field of energy, especially hydrocarbons. We also emphasized the common benefits that the development of interconnection lines will bring on a regional and global scale.”
