President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, to attend the 24th Shanghai Cooperation Organization Heads of State Summit. Meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin as part of the summit, Erdoğan discussed bilateral relations and cooperation.
