According to a statement by the Pakistani army, a joint exercise between Pakistani and US infantry units has begun at the National Counter-Terrorism Centre in Pabbi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

According to the statement, the aim of the exercise, in which infantry units from both countries participated, was to develop tactical skills and share experience in the fight against the threat of terrorism. It was emphasized that the exercise aimed to strengthen cooperation between Pakistan and the US.
It was stated that the joint exercise, which was carried out with the participation of Pakistani and US armies, will last approximately two weeks.
