In a sad incident that took place in Adana, 18-year-old Kerim Kalır, who was attacked while leaving his home, died in the hospital. The incident took place on June 28 in İsmetpaşa District of Seyhan district.
An unidentified assailant opened fire with a gun at Kerim Kalır, who was leaving his house, hitting the young man in the head and stomach. It remains collapsed to the ground covered in blood, while the assassin managed to escape the scene.
Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene after people in the area reported the incident. Kalır was taken to Seyhan State Hospital by ambulance and admitted to intensive care. Unfortunately, the young man lost his life this morning.
Homicide Bureau teams launched an operation to capture the attacker and the investigation continues.
