Beyoğlu Municipality has opened its first retirement home in Kasımpaşa for retirees. Designed to provide retirees with a pleasant time and the opportunity to socialize at affordable prices, the retirement home will offer tea for 1 TL and coffee for 5 TL. Additionally, a 15 percent discount will be applied to other products in the cafeteria.
Support such as regular health screenings and psychological counseling services on certain days will also be provided at the retirement home. Non-retired citizens will also be able to enter the retirement home and receive services at prices such as tea for 5 TL and coffee for 20 TL.

Beyoğlu Mayor İnan Güney stated in his speech at the opening ceremony that the number of retirement homes will increase. Retirees who attended the opening ceremony expressed their satisfaction with the new service and thanked the mayor.
