Partially Under Control in 7 Hours
The fire that started in agricultural land and spread to the forest in the Ezine district of Çanakkale was partially brought under control after 7 hours of intensive intervention. Firefighting teams continue their work in the region and continue cooling operations.
Historic Algerian Hasan Pasha Mansion Saved at the Last Minute
Algerian Hasan Pasha Mansion, built in the 18th century, located in the Ezine district, between the villages of Üvecik, Yeniköy and Mahmudiye, overlooking the Batak Plain, was saved from the fire disaster at the last minute. The flames that reached near the mansion were extinguished with timely interventions and the historical mansion was prevented from being damaged.
