Bandırma Chamber of Commerce launched a new project to support women’s employment in Bandırma. Within the scope of the “We Train Female Welders” project, a training program will be organized for women living in Bandırma.
Within the scope of the project to be carried out in cooperation with Bandırma Chamber of Commerce and Bandırma District Public Education Center, Steel Welding training will be given to the participants. At the end of the 400-hour training, participants will have the “Steel Welder” certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education.
Applications for the course, which is planned to start in September-October, must be made to Bandırma Public Education Center Directorate by 29 August 2024. Candidates who want to participate in the program are expected to be literate, over 18 years old and in good health.
The aim of this project is to contribute to employment by providing women with job opportunities and to encourage them by providing them with new skills.
