Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) opened the ceramics and dental prosthesis laboratory it completed at Muzaffarabad Dental Hospital. TIKA Vice President Ümit Naci Yorulmaz, TIKA Islamabad Coordinator Muhsin Balcı, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Minister of Health Nisar Ansar Abdali and hospital employees attended the opening ceremony.
In his speech, TIKA Vice President Ümit Naci Yorulmaz stated that TIKA has made significant contributions to the development of relations between Turkey and other countries around the world since 1992. Yorulmaz said, “Education, health and agricultural support projects are very important to us and “are the areas we prioritize. We attach great importance to our activities in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.” he said he
Yorulmaz, who inaugurated the laboratory together with Azad Jammu and Kashmir Health Minister Abdali, thanked Abdali and stated that they will continue to support health activities in the region.
Yorulmaz said, “We are making an effort to solve the problems of the people living here and in the region. This laboratory opening is a part of this effort.” he said
After the opening ceremony, the ribbon was cut and the laboratory established by TIKA was put into service.
