Latest Situation in Palestine
According to the latest statements made by the Palestinian Red Crescent, Red Crescent teams transferred two Palestinians who were injured in their legs with real bullets during a raid by the Israeli army on the Zahiriyye town of Hebron city, to the hospital. The injured were 7 and 22 years old and were in conditions requiring urgent medical attention. Additionally, Palestinian official news agency WAFA reported that a 13-year-old boy, who was injured in the foot by Israeli forces with a live bullet in the city of Qalqilya, was hospitalized.
Following Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, there has been a significant increase in detentions, raids and attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem. This situation further increases tension in the region and puts great pressure on the civilian population.
In conclusionThese events make the humanitarian situation in Palestine even more difficult and show once again that the international community should pay attention to this issue.
