Important Statement from Hezbollah
In a written statement, Hezbollah shared the details of the military operation they carried out, stating, “With the help of Allah, the first phase has been successfully completed.” The statement drew attention to the fact that unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) effectively attacked Israel’s military barracks and critical areas.
In particular, it was emphasized that 320 Katyusha missiles hit Israeli military barracks in the Galilee and the occupied Golan Heights. In this context, Hezbollah stated that the operation was completed successfully and that this was only the beginning. The statement noted that other details of the operation would be announced to the public in the coming days.
On the other hand, while the Israeli government officially announced that it has launched an attack on Lebanon, Hezbollah also announced that it has launched an attack against Israel in order to avenge the assassination of one of its commanders, Shukur. In this context, tensions are expected to increase between the two sides.
