Hamas Spokesperson Abu Ubaydah, In a statement he made via Telegram, he provided information about the events that have taken place in recent days. Abu Ubaydah stated that in two separate incidents, two Qassam members who were tasked with protecting Israeli prisoners opened fire and killed a prisoner and seriously injured two female prisoners.
Noting that efforts to save the wounded prisoners were ongoing, Abu Ubaydah emphasized that the Israeli government bore full responsibility for the massacres in Gaza and the reactions that developed as a result of this situation. He said that a committee had been formed to examine the details of the incident and that they would make a new statement in the coming days.
Response from the Israeli Army
On the other hand, the Israeli army spokesperson’s statement referred to Hamas’ announcement.
