Simay Arslan’s Last Journey
Little Simay’s body was buried in Kayaköyü Cemetery after the afternoon prayer at Yaşardoğu Merve Mosque today. In addition to his grieving family, his relatives, neighbors and a large community of citizens also attended the funeral.
Simay’s young age and the fact that she passed away in this way made us all deeply saddened. We commemorate Simay once again with the hope that such painful events will never happen again.
