NEWS: CHP’S ORGANIZATION WORKSHOP ABROAD
ANKARA – CHP, which became the first party by receiving 37.7 percent of the votes in the March 31 local elections, is organizing an important workshop in Istanbul for its international organizational mobilization.
CHP will hold the “Overseas Organizing Second Century Vision Workshop” in Istanbul this week, focusing on the organization of overseas electoral votes, which are decisive in the general elections. CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu will also attend the workshop, which will be held between 28 June and 1 July.
CHP, which emerged as the first party in the March 31 local elections with 37.7 percent of the votes, aims to strengthen the organization of overseas voters with this workshop, which is of critical importance in possible early elections. The workshop, which will be held in Istanbul to initiate the mobilization of organizations abroad, will bring together foreign unions and representatives and academicians and discuss the problems faced by Turks living abroad.

During the workshop, speeches by officials from relevant units and academics, sharing of organizational suggestions, workshops and presentations by union presidents will be held. At the end of the workshop, the decisions taken and the final declaration will be shared with the public.
