The District Governor of Bingöl’s Genç district, Muhammet Güzel, and his wife Meltem Güzel visited the Family Support Center (ADEM) operating under the District Governorship Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation. During the visit, the center’s activities and courses held to support women’s participation in economic life were examined.
District Governor Muhammet Güzel stated that the courses given at the Family Support Center play an important role in increasing the welfare of families and strengthening social solidarity. Chatting with the trainees, the Güzel couple examined the handmade products and received detailed information about the products from the master instructors. They appreciated the efforts of the women who received training in various courses such as felting, handmade soap, crocheting and epoxy personal decorative product design.
District Governor Güzel emphasized that the activities carried out are of great importance in terms of improving the quality of life of families and supporting the participation of women in economic life, and stated that the Family Support Center creates positive effects on society.
