In an operation carried out in Edirne, teams from the central district Gendarmerie Command and KOM Branch Directorate detected illegal cannabis cultivation in the garden of a suspicious person in the Bosna village area. During the search, 5,950 cannabis plant roots were seized.
While the cannabis plants were seized as a result of the operation were confiscated, legal action was taken against the suspect in the incident.
